Do I need the free FileCura app first?
Yes. The pack is an add-on for FileCura — it installs new Quick Actions into the existing app. Get FileCura from the main page first; it's free.
What CSV format does Metadata Import use?
UTF-8 CSV with columns for file path, tags (semicolon-separated), label colour (Finder's built-in palette), and comment text. Open the Export workflow once and you'll see the exact column layout — Import accepts the same shape back.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment of £9. The license never expires, never auto-renews, and never asks for your card again.
Does it work on multiple Macs?
The license is tied to you, not your Mac. Use it on as many
Macs as you personally own. If you replace your Mac, just
re-import the same .filecuralicense file on the
new one.
I lost the license email. Now what?
Reply to the original Lemon Squeezy order email, or email hello@filecura.com with your order number. We'll re-send the same license file — same buyer ID, no extra charge.
Does it touch the network?
No. All four workflows run entirely on your Mac. CSV exports are written to disk; CSV imports read from disk. Nothing is ever uploaded.
What's your refund policy?
14-day no-questions-asked refund. If Metadata Power Pack isn't what you expected, reply to your order email within 14 days and we'll refund in full. After that we'll review case-by-case.
Can I combine it with the File Hygiene Pack?
Yes. Both packs install side-by-side and both work from Finder's right-click menu. One license file can unlock both — just buy the second pack and we'll send a combined license.
